Tidy Your Room ("the App") is a family chore management app developed by Gavin McGinney. Your privacy is important to us.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with third parties.
All data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, included in your standard iOS device backup to iCloud. We do not operate servers, databases, or analytics services.
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, the App's data is included in your device backup, managed by Apple under their privacy policy. We do not access or control your iCloud backups.
The App does not use analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or third-party SDKs. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral data.
The App does not make network requests to any server. The only network activity is through Apple's StoreKit framework for subscription management, handled entirely by Apple.
The App is designed for use by families, including children. Parents create and manage all profiles. The App does not collect personal information from children, does not require children to create accounts, does not include advertising, and does not share data with third parties.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store payment information.
To delete all data, uninstall the App. All local data, including photos, will be permanently removed.
The App provides an "Export Family Data" feature in Settings that exports your data as a JSON file (photos not included).

Tidy Your Room is a family chore management app that allows parents to create chores and rewards, and children to complete chores to earn points. The App is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial family use.
The App requires a paid subscription after a 7-day free trial. Two plans are available: Monthly ($7.99/month) and Annual ($49.99/year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.
One subscription covers all members of your Apple Family Sharing group at no additional cost.
You are responsible for all content you create within the App, including chore names, reward names, and photos. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit your data.
The App, including its design, illustrations, code, and mascot characters, is the property of Gavin McGinney. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, device issues, or damages arising from use of the App. Back up your device regularly.
The App is intended for use by families. Parents or guardians must set up and manage the App. Children should use the App under parental supervision.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
